Pricing
Wedding rental fees:
Reception only - $4,000 (the space in the main level of the barn, set-up & clean-up NOT included)
Reception & Ceremony - $4,500 (the space in the main level of the barn, the space below the barn or outside for ceremony, set-up & clean-up are NOT included)
Reception, Ceremony & Set-Up - $5,000 (the space in the main level of the barn, the space below the barn or outside for ceremony, set-up as we are directed with tables, chairs & linens, clean-up is NOT included)
Reception, Ceremony, Set-up & Clean-Up - $6,000 (access to the entire venue - we will set up as you direct and when your special day ends we will take care of the mess!)
ALL WEDDING RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Rentals run from Thursday to Sunday, the additional days outside of the event are for set-up & clean-up
- Tables (round or rectangle)
- Chairs
- Linens for tables & chairs (black or white)
- Use of bar area with full running water
- 2 Restrooms
- Large parking area for guests

Non-Wedding Events
Events with 100 or less guests $500
- Day of and after access for set-up and clean-up
- Tables (round or rectangle)

Events with 101 or more guests $800
- Day of and after access for set-up and clean-up

Time in and out
Events may take place Friday, Saturday or Sunday 9am-11pm. If an event is interested in lasting longer than the allotted time it must be discussed prior to the event and added to the contract. A fee will be required for any additional time requested past the 11pm time limit.
Contract
A detailed contract will be discussed and signed at the first meeting with full details regarding liability, cancellation and postponement policies, smoking policy, responsibility, damage or loss of accessories and attorney.
Discounts
Any currently active fire, EMT, military or police member will receive a 5% discount
