Pricing
ALL RENTALS WILL INCLUDE 8% SALES TAX
Wedding rental fees ($500 refundable deposit due at contract signing):
Reception only - $2,000 (the entire upper section of the barn)
Reception & Ceremony - $3,000 (the entire upper section of the barn, choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony space & seating)
Reception, Ceremony & Clean-Up - $4,000 (the entire upper section of the barn, choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony space & once your special night ends, leave the mess behind)
ALL WEDDING RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Rentals run from Thursday to Sunday, the additional days outside of the event are for set-up & clean-up
- Tables (round or rectangle)
- Chairs
- Linens for tables & chairs (black or white)
- Use of bar area with running water
- 2 Restrooms
- Large parking area for guests
Additional Wedding Decor available for separate fee

-Signage (dessert, gifts, etc.)

Non-Wedding Events
$300 (Front room upper level + tables & chairs)
$500 (The entire upper section of the barn + tables & chairs)
Linens
$100 Tablecloths
$100 Chair covers (white only)
Small Event Front Room Rental (Available M-F)
1-2 hour events $150 (i.e. business meetings, craft nights, luncheons)

Time in and out
Events may take place Friday, Saturday or Sunday 9am-11pm. If an event is interested in lasting longer than the allotted time it must be discussed prior to the event and added to the contract. A fee will be required for any additional time requested past the 11pm time limit.
Contract
A detailed contract will be discussed and signed at the first meeting with full details regarding liability, cancellation and postponement policies, smoking policy, responsibility, damage or loss of accessories and attorney.
Discounts
Any currently active fire, EMT, military or police member will receive a 5% discount
